I work with UK’s leading veterans charity to establish its UX design function, build capability in content and design management and contribute to the re-platforming of their 30+ digital platforms to deliver better experiences for the armed forces community. I also teach product design and facilitate workshops at Experience Haus as an AI Experience Consultant, covering everything from design thinking to building AI powered products for organisations and design practitioners.
